Kate and Adam's Engagement Story - Home Page Feature Video

It was Kate's birthday present from Adam to be taken to Sydney for a week's holiday
as they are both from the USA, and currently working in Singapore.

Adam had been here before on business and planned to propose to Kate on the shores
of Sydney Harbour. However he wanted people he could work with to create ideas on how
to keep the engagement a surprise right up to the very moment he proposed and to somehow have video cameras capturing the event.

We came up with the idea that we would present ourselves as a camera crew to people walking along the path at the Botanic Gardens and that we were from a television company shooting
a documentary on tourists commenting on their stay in Sydney.

We had already received photographs of the couple and a time was organised as to when
we may need to start looking out for them on that path. Right on cue we could see them approaching and we went into action by shooting a dummy interview to camera so that we
looked genuine.

Adam and Kate were very close by taking photos of each other so this was the moment
for us to make our approach. Adam was excellent, he could have won an academy award
for his acting and for not showing his nerves. We had to wire him with a radio mic. to record
the precious words he would be saying to Kate, however Kate just thought it was part of what
we needed to do. We then asked them to go back a few steps and walk into the shot and sit
on the sea wall to comment about their stay in Sydney. The rest you can watch on our trailer.
